The Strategic Team Workshop teaches the skills futurists use to make sense of the future, and then gets teams working together to identify, understand, and prioritise the trends that are impacting their work. Building strategic awareness supports teams to be clear about what they should be planning for, where further exploration might be needed, and importantly, what can be let go of.

Why This Workshop?

There is little debate that we are currently operating in a time of heightened uncertainty and volatility, and these conditions are having very real effects on our teams and people.

WORKSHOP structure

IDENTIFY

Delivered either in person or online this session gives your team the tools to build their strategic awareness and identify early signs of risks

SIMPLIFY

Different perspectives from across the team are collected, collated and simplified into a set of core change drivers for further analysis

PRIORITISE

Your team reconvenes to discuss and map the core change drivers, and in doing so get clarity on the risks and opportunities that really matter

FOCUS

Using the strategic operating map your team will determine the core activities and actions required to move your work forward

This is recommended as a full day workshop involving approximately five hours of contact time split over three sessions.
