Simon is a Business Advisor and Non-Executive Director who builds the capabilities of boards and leadership teams to make better strategic decisions. Through workshops and training in scenario planning and other futures techniques he helps key decision makers identify emerging opportunities as well as uncovering and manage key strategic risks.
Like most types of advisory, working with Simon benefits from a longer term engagement which provides a basis for greater trust, insight and intimacy. For organisation’s interested in a longer term engagement Simon offer’s a ‘Futurist in Residence‘ program to support them over a 12 month + time frames.
Unlike ‘one of’ keynotes and workshops these longer term business advisory programs provide the opportunity to create a future aware culture and embed capability across multiple levels of the organisation.
Simon is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is open to exploring non-executive director roles with aligned organisations.
