how strong is your decision culture?
A group’s culture is defined by the collective behaviours that are exhibited. For Decision Groups in Local Government the culture is ultimately shaped by how Councillors and the Executive Team work both individually and collectively.
This assessment tool has been created to help Local Government leaders reflect on their council’s current decision culture and the underlying behaviours that influence it.
how to complete the assessment
There are eleven questions in total and the assessment can be completed in less than five minutes. Once you have completed the assessment you will be required to enter an email address so your report can be emailed to you (we will not use your email address for any purposes other than what you indicate).
Although there is value in completing the assessment yourself you will get significantly more value if multiple members of your Decision Group complete it independently and you compare results. You are welcome to share this page with others so they can complete the assessment.
