decision review results

Your report will be in your inbox shortly. In the meantime, here’s a short video and a few practical ways below to build on your insights:

Thanks for taking part in the Decision Culture Review.

The real value of this tool comes when it’s used collectively. When you bring your decision group into the process — councillors, executives, and advisors — you get a much richer picture of how decisions are really being made.

Individually we all have blind spots, but together we can uncover opportunities we might otherwise miss.

The Collaborative Decision Framework is there to guide these conversations. It gives your group a constructive way to explore what’s working well, where the gaps are, and how you might strengthen your decision-making culture. If you’d like a copy of the framework, just give me a quick nudge (via the form below or by email) and I’ll send through shortly.

At times, it also helps to get an outside perspective. An Independent Decision Review can provide a clear snapshot of where things currently stand and highlight opportunities to improve collaboration across the group.

If you’d like to share the Decision Culture Review with others in your organisation, you can do that here. And if you’d like support in facilitating conversations or running a review, I’d be glad to help.

If you’d like to explore your results further, share the tool more widely, or talk through possible next steps, I’d love to connect. You can reach me directly at he***@*************om.au or on 1300 66 55 85.

I would happily recommend Simon if you are looking for someone who will encourage you to expand your imagination, to get you thinking on another level, to consider new ideas, to think outside the box. Simon is engaging, interactive, and challenges your way of thinking. He is professional and creative, down-to-earth, and a likeable character who will help you get to where you need to be.
