As a Non-Executive Director of a growing not-for-profit Simon is acutely aware of the needs of boards and leadership teams. With expanding governance requirements, growing operational complexity and increasing uncertainty, many leaders are struggling to maintain a strategic focus. Simon offers engaging and effective approaches to improve governance, improve strategic awareness and build collective decision making skills.

Simon is often engaged to support boards and leadership teams to think their way through future defining strategic decisions. His approach uses scenarios to envision different possible futures and strategic decision making approaches that strengthen transparency and accountability.
